"It's one of the drawbacks to being me," she told him softly. She looked like she might have said something else, then thought better of it. It didn't matter right now, and she wasn't keen to have that voice pointed her way again.
"Whereas you're just in my head," she teased, smiling. Not that she minded. It would be a weird day when she didn't hear Issac's voice in her head at least once. Her inner monologue had to be all over the place right about now, what with hormones and everything else coming online.
