"Really?" She asked with all the excitement of a child on Christmas morning. She still didn't have the full grasp on Oded's powers yet. She was well aware of his teleportation abilities. But she just assumed it was a small distance. A few miles or so. She had no idea he could go anywhere. That was ripe with possibilities. There were so many places she'd always wanted to visit, mainly world renowned art galleries, but it felt unfair to ask that of him when there was a possibility of the circus eventually going to those cities. She'd see all those masters she'd loved in time. Esme grinned at his sweet words and ducked her head as if trying to hide her blushing cheeks behind locks of blonde hair. "I'm not sure I've ever had a day with you that hasn't been delightful," she admitted. Which was true. They always had fun together, even if it was just a simple outing. He had a way with her.
That much was clear when he leaned in to kiss her. The blonde's eyes fluttered closed as Oded's hand found the small of her back to bring her in close. Shifting the extra few inches herself, until the man could feel the swell of her chest against his as their lips connected. Her inexperience was obvious, letting Oded completely take the lead. But she wasn't a bad kisser. Her lips moved in a soft caress, parting instantly when his tongue brushed her lips. Gentle fingertips soothing over the man's broad chest and up over the curve of his shoulder as a soft murmur of approval pulled itself from her chest. By the time they parted Esme felt almost delirious, and not from the lack of oxygen. "Mm yes," she purred out, her tone almost dreamlike. On instinct she leaned back in, pressing her lips to his once more before her wits returned to her. Eyes blinking open and blush coloring her pale cheeks. "I should bring gifts more often."
