Ana jumped at the voice, but managed a small smile in return. "Sorry. Hi, si. Yes. As ready as I'll ever be, anyway." She made her way into the tent, looking around at all the flickering candles. It seemed a very fitting place to have a seance, she could see how people flocked to it.
Her stomach was tied in knots, because there was no telling what she might hear, but she needed to do this. Her mother had been one of the best people, and to not even be able to say goodbye...it had chewed her up for almost 40 years. So she wasn't going to back down.
