As the night falls early on the Cirque and the Tower of London, the excited feeling grows; not so much the magic of the early morning ritual as it is the feeling of the thinning veil between the spirit world and the human world. Shadows move around the circus grounds on their own signifying the increase of spirit activity and those keeping the spirits at bay are asked to step down and merely police ones that cause trouble for the employees. All the spirits were given warning by the Ringmaster that if they wish to continue to exist they will not cause harm to his employees.

( The Midway is taken over by the party while each tent is closed up for the night... )
