"A, that's probably never going to be an issue. And B, I happen to think children are pretty alright," Conor told her. "I built snowmen with Bri and Cass the other day. I might not give a damn about much, but even I have a few morals."
He sat on the bench and looked up at her. Even from a seated position, he didn't have to crane his neck much, which suited him fine. "Sometimes I like to do something different," he said, shrugging. "So I'll put myself in your hands."
He let out a faint snort. "A bit, yeah," he replied. "But it's fine."
