As the object was pulled out from under Nevenka, Kit couldn't help but look at it. His own eyesight, much better in the dark than that of the fae, was immediately confused by what he saw. A little amused too, but mostly bemused at what exactly the object was and how it had ended up in his bed.
Rolling to one side, Kit reached out to the lamp on the bedside table and pulled the dangling cord that would switch it on. A soft glow emitted from it a moment later as he shifted on the bed, laying on his side with his body propped on an arm as he examined the mysterious object. "Would you believe me if I said I'd never seen that before in my life?" he said, brow arched as he glanced from it to Nevenka's face.
