Haydn & Elia & Alexander & Open
Haydn's question earned him a flicker of the witch's eyes, a moment of cool assessment. Too much blame had already been laid on the shoulders of the Coven, and if the newcomer was jumping on that bandwagon... well. She was too tired to hex him properly, but Elia was very good at holding grudges.
"I'm not sure why we're still here. Interference," she offered vaguely, then tucked her head back against Alex's shoulder, her dark eyes lingering on Haydn. "Something to do with the spiritual energy. We're all working on it. And after this... I have a feeling that we'll all be working on it much harder. Losing a guest is a minor inconvenience. Losing an employee is much more serious. It means that something is ballsy enough to come after us... and that isn't normal."
