Triple C Brigade
"Be nice," she scolded Callum softly under her breath. There was no need to start picking a fight with a Hellhound under any circumstances... The Hellhound would win. "I can't just stay in bed, Callum. Seers, mortal as we are, are somewhat important in the grand scheme of things." Cannon fodder mostly. They led the way into Hell and then they died for it. She had already decided...
"Both of you," she gave Callum a bit of a glare but, well, it was already decided. As soon as she stepped onto the grounds, it was done. She could find it again. Either it would kill her now or it would hunt her down later. Best to get it over with. Catherine started to fish her phone out of her pants pocket, intent on texting Kennet - hopefully anyway. But first, Callum.
"You don't have to do anything. Run. Go get Kennet, fast as you can. I know you're in pain but... Go," Catherine smiled a bit sadly and turned to follow Caleb - no, the Hellhound - deeper into the grounds. Yes, she was certain she was hunted as soon as she disturbed the temporal flow of the grounds. Might as well face her new demon. To Caleb, she whispered just so he or the hound would hear her, "Whatever happens... Don't let it take my eyes." That would've been bad for all of them. She started then to unlock her phone screen to try and message Kennet.
Yes, she was horrendously fatalistic but that came with the territory.
