Cassander quite liked when Maddie's hair was wild. She was incredibly pretty and if he hadn't been currently dallying with Conor, he might have been tempted to make a pass at her as she came into the cabin. Instead, he just shut the door and locked it behind them, peering out of the peephole. Cass just had to make sure the line was fine, the barrier he kept around his home - to be certain. He had to be certain at all times that his daughter was safe.
