He was glad to hear that animal abuse wasn’t a dominant presence here. Animals complied when they wanted and that was because it was in their natures to be wild. Who were they to try to tame wild beasts and expect perfection? It just wasn’t always in their cards to play.
Eden was not shocked to find out that someone else knew what he was before the chance had come to reveal it. It wasn’t as if it was some big secret he carried around, he could be careless with it, but the fact that people knew beforehand was something he’d gotten used to in the short amount of time here. “Probably. I can be a little bit hard to handle.” The words were said in a tease, something to lighten the mood.
Listening, Eden considered the options as well. His eyes glanced over the wound in his arm, taking in the severity that he could feel beginning to knit itself back together, and then he glanced up at her.
Doing as told, Eden made no effort to move. “Okay.” He trusted her. She was the Doctor after all. Suddenly his arm felt warm - it was a slow feeling, one that crept over the skin and muscle. It was soothing, that gaping flesh, and after a moment Eden noticed that the pain was fading. The arm was putting itself back together. That was unlike anything he’d ever seen or experienced.
