Bowing her head slightly at the echo of her name, a warmth reached her smile that had been previously absent. She had always found the discrepancies in pronunciation of her name rather charming. "Well done," Khepri had offered in return, a compliment of her own. Eden was certainly trying, but for what was still left a mystery. It made him all the more interesting.
"So transparent," she chided with a smirk, all teasing. "Though I am certain many are fond of that confidence." Khepri had never been romantically inclined, the soft emotion never one that she had any understanding of, but desire and passion were universal. "And what is it that you do?" The air around him held the scent of the animals and that pride of his reminded her of one in particular. Khepri wondered how close to the mark she was.
