Eric came inside easily, glad to be out of the waning sunlight, looking around at Chandra's trailer. His own was barren and he'd only seen Finnerty's so far, so he was interested in seeing how other people lived. Maybe he could take some decorating ideas from him. He sniffed curiously in the direction of the whistling tea pot, not really recognizing the scent. It was intriguing, though, so he nodded with a smile. "Yes, I will try tea. Have only ever had coffee before." It would be hot, which wouldn't necessarily agree with his constitution, but he wanted to make a friend here and that meant accepting hospitality, he thought.
Brushing damp hair back from his eyes, Eric sat on the edge of the nearby couch, looking up at the witch curiously. "I like to know more about your tattoos." He told him, the interest obvious in his eyes. "We are not having anything like it where I come from. Why bother? Is too dark to see each other." But now, people saw him. In the lagoon, in the tents, just walking around. And while, in the water, he had his glow to remind him of home, it would be nice to have something different, too, something that didn't have to be activated by dark water.
"Tell me as you take my skin, maybe?" Eric asked, canting his head. "Distract me." He added impishly, holding out his arm for Chandra and, because he did like to show off, Eric let the skin of his arm shift to something not akin to the colour of stone, a mottled dark grey that, when applied over his whole body, would have had him blending in quite well in his home environment. Quickly, though, it seeped back to his pale, waxy, natural hue and Eric grinned up at Chandra.
