Bella smirked, “do you think she would listen? She would have me dressed up in silk and dresses all the time if she had the choice.” And her hair, don’t get started on her hair. But that wasn’t something she complained a great deal about since Alice and Rosalie were the only ones who seemed able to make her hair look stylish.
“Yeah, the red is something.” She repeated, “hopefully it’ll fade really soon. It’s not easy for me to look at either.” Bella admitted, actually her whole new appearance was going to take some getting used to. Her first encounter of her reflection was something; she was graceful and almost as perfect looking as the other Cullens which amazed her to no end.
“Killed is a strong word,” Bella protested weakly. “Hurt maybe, that’s inevitable.” Even now as a vampire she wasn’t positive that her new found elegance would last."
Bella frowned again, “I think it’s creepy. Someone knowing information on us can’t be good, especially with a war involved.”
At the mention of breaking her hand she grinned despite herself, though there was a hint of seriousness there too. “Don’t give me any reason to punch you again and we’ll be fine.” She gave him a pointed look and again had no problems with him leading the way.
