Jacob grinned and nodded. He however didn't really care. After he thought he lost Bella forever having her back was all he cared about. Red eyes or not, she was here and that was all that mattered to him.
"Not if, when", Jacob pointed out. "Come on, Bella, think positive. You survived that monster of yours. If that turned out good everything else will, too." He then narrowed his eyes slightly. "What happened to the... baby anyway?" He had almost called it monster again, but thought she might not like that.
At the mention of hunting Jacob grimaced. That probably wasn't nice. But then again, as long as she just hunted animals he couldn't say anything against it. He sometimes did the same when he was in wolf form.
He then started laughing at her words. "I bet Alice wouldn't agree to that", he said still laughing hard. Bella really hadn't changed that much. Her character was still the same. And he couldn't complain about the being harder to kill part, seeing as there would soon be a war.
"How about I show you your room so you can get cleaned up and changed. You're not frightening me, but there are other people around. They might think differently."
He then linked his arm with hers and grinned, leading her towards the living quarters. "You know I never thought I'd even think it, but maybe it's not that bad you're a vampire now", he then admitted.
