Hearing the statement about good and evil, Yazoo laughed, but only after he had sidled a glance at Kadaj to see how the other reacted. They walked forward and separated to flank the stranger, not too close but near enough to have a conversation. Or to pin him between them if necessary. They read each other's body language perfectly, receiving clues outsiders wouldn't even see.
Kadaj glared at the stranger, who seemed to have a seemingly relaxed attitude. He pointed the katana at the book, almost touching the sharp tips to it.
"So you're saying we have reservations for the war of good and evil?" he demanded.
"And who made those reservations -- you?" Yazoo added, pointing the gunblade at Henry in a deceptively casual manner.
