"A TARDIS can bend time and space. It would be capable of what you described, easily. It can look like whatever it likes, rearrange itself how ever it needs to."
She frowned.
"But that doesn't make sense. A TARDIS needs a pilot, someone to control where and when it goes. And it changes its appearance to blend in with its surroundings. A train in the middle of the ocean? Hardly blending in. Unless this is the result of some sort of failed attempt to create the technology. Such a thing is not unheard of and it almost always fails."
Me wasn't particularly for or against sharing this information, but considering what Baron Harkonnen had chosen to divulge it seemed only fair to reward. She was curious what he knew, about the people with minds like computers. Me wanted to know more.
