Jackson gulped and then shifted so he could remove the shirt. He had never counted how many marks there where on his back and really didn't want to. He has lost count after eight. Others had told him that he had lost consciousness before they were done.
He held the shirt in his hands, still leaning over, but not all the scars where on display. Most of them where small white lines, but a couple, the final ones he had been told, where still pink even after all these years.
