Buffy stepped out of the pen, sparing a look around her at the other slaves. Some where herded together like cattle, others were isolated. So many of them looked scared, and it made her heart hurt. That was why she had to be brave. She couldn't outwardly ask them to hold on for her, to be strong for just a little bit longer. She'd just have to hope they could be.
She turned back to Ambrose. "I'll do it," she answered finally, holding out her hands. It wasn't the most dignified of tasks, but she'd rather clasp her own chains.
It didn't look that sturdy, after all. She could probably break it if need be.
