Just a short time before, Damon had been reminding Eterna that not all slaves were docile, and not all Masters wanted them that way. Of course, he hadn't counted himself in that number. For the most part, it was much easier to train a slave who behaved themselves, than one who was always fighting. Sometimes, however, breaking through the fight revealed a unique form of submission.
"Alright then," he said, arching an eyebrow. "What number will you be at the auction?"
It was clearly meant to intimidate her. Damon could tell that although the girl was mouthy, and wasn't backing down, she was also afraid. He could sense it.
