Carrick stepped forwards again and tilted up the slave's face to his. There was a brightness and hope in Hermes' eyes... the kind of light and life of youth that was all too often snuffed out by enslavement.
"I'll certainly try to," he finally replied. "But you're a valuable commodity, Hermes. I doubt I'm the only man who desires you tonight. Speaking of which, I presume you've been trained in how to pleasure a man as well as a woman?"
