"Own a human?" Natasha looked at him like he was crazy. Shaking her head, she answered, "Why would I want to own anyone, let alone a human? I want to free slaves, humans included, remember?" It was why she rebeled after all. "Why would I want someone wholly dependent on me? Humans were given free will by my father and they should be able to use it. The kind of adoration and love from a slave is forced and I don't want that at all."
Seeing him sulk made her shake her head as a smirk curled on her lips. Moving back to him, she ruffled his hair and scratched his head. "Why are you sulking?" Her hand then slipped down to cup his cheek. "Look, I may not know much about love, but I know love shouldn't be forced. If someone loved me, they should want to hold me, want to admire me, want to love me. They would want me happy, just like in return I'd want them to be happy.
"Even if there was a human that wasn't a slave, I'd never want to own one. There's someone in my life I'm already happy with. I would hope he's happy too. If not, then I'd like to do what I can to make him happy."
