The Bar: Alice in Wonderland Alice wasn't entirely certain where Scott had gone off to. She vaguely remembered him issuing an order or two to her and maybe even to Ruby as well, but she suddenly found herself not exactly certain where he was or what he'd wanted her to do while she was gone. Ruby didn't seem about either, and the girl found herself drifting alone in the crowd of people.
Eventually the girl found herself resting against the bar, less packed in like a sardine than she'd expected she would be. She rested her hands gently on it, looking down at the surface of the bar as her long, blond hair fell in loose curls over her shoulder. It was hard to feel lonely when there were so many people buzzing about, but it was also hard to think either. It didn't take long for her to forget that she was lost.
"-want something to drink?" Alice blinked up at the bartender as she realized he was speaking to her. Right. People drank at bars, but she hadn't the foggiest idea as to what to order.
"Um, something blue," she finally answered, not sure if that was a proper answer when it came to ordering a drink. In no time flat, however, the bartender returned with a drink that was, indeed, very blue. It was convenient. Alice hadn't know she could order in colors. She'd already taken her first sip when she noticed the bartender still looking at her expectantly. "Oh, they aren't free?"
