Dean reached around the boy to pick through the prepackaged cuts of beef, wrinkling his nose a little at the selection. "You could look for a ribeye or filet with a little marbling, but not a lot. Filet is the smallest cut of steak, because it's the tenderest. If your Master's sick, you should splurge. Get the filet. It'll be easy on his teeth, and his stomach, and it's a smaller portion, so he'll be more likely to finish it, and be more satisfied." He picked up the package of filet and pressed it into the boy's hand with a smile. "Trust me. He'll thank you later."
