Leo pulled out a pad of paper from his back pocket along with a pen as he wrote down what Tabitha was saying. "A contact agreement might be best even though I don't see us having an issue." Leo lifted his head and grinned at Tabitha. She knew what she wanted and knew it would cost money.
"Weather stripping. Got it. Piping and electricity after that? Maybe sure there is no old wiring or a pipe about to burst?"
