Laura nuzzled her head against his belly, affectionately, an apology for the teasing, before moving back up to nuzzle against his neck. He smelt of family, of home, and it made her feel peaceful, closing her eyes for a few seconds before she shifted back, moving off of her little brother slightly.
"Sorry, I couldn't resist." She smirked, sitting up and hugging her knees. "I wasn't sure if you really would be out this early. Figured you'd stumble out of your room in a couple of hours."
