"You weren't thinking straight, you said so yourself." The boy reasoned back biting his lip. It would be so easy to stay mad, to yell and scream at the man in front of him. But he just couldn't. No matter what was done or said, Mir was his master. And while he still hurt from that days events, it obviously took alot for the werewolf to come in and say that he had overreacted. He had a feeling that not many would do the same in the mans position.
Emrys tensed slightly at the mention of the other slave. He had not spoken to Jenn since the day she had come in with the balm. She was easy to be mad at. Not just because she was his equal, but because she was the one who had been the cause of everything. He wouldn't tattle on her. Emrys didn't see the point. And there was still that lingering doubt that even if he did confess to what the girl had told him that Mir wouldn't listen.
"I...I don't know if I'm ready to go back to the main room yet" He said after a moment, voice barely above a whisper. He wanted nothing more than to be wrapped in his masters arms again but he wasn't sure he could keep his cool around the girl. "If that's okay? I just, I guess maybe I still need the time alone?"
