"For-tu-na-tov," Alice repeated, sounding it out and squeezing her eyes shut and repeating it twice more. When Emrys' master returned, it wouldn't much do if she creatively rearranged his name again. "Do you have a pen so I could write it on my hand?" she asked, hopeful so that she wouldn't get to talking or thinking and forget it again. It would be a shame considering it was such a fancy name.
She smiled to the boy again, following to where he directed her to sit on the patio. Tea sounded lovely. She hoped that they had honey to go with it, but just to have it would be lovely on its own. When she got closer to the boy, she extended a hand after much deliberation as to what would be a proper way to introduce herself.
"Thank you. Tea would be really nice, but only if it's not a bother. I don't want to be a bother. I'm already probably in trouble for this." The words were matter-of-fact, merely a statement. Alice assumed punishment would come and go. It was a moment in time like any other. "I'm Alice."
