Re: Side Rooms Carrick/Adelice
Carrick blinked. He certainly hadn't expected that reply. The slave had killed because someone had smelled bad? He suspected that was not the entire truth but the very fact he was surprised was enough to intrigue the vampire. Surprise didn't come to him often these days.
He gazed at the slave closely as she explained her past. So, she had been twisted, reshaped, remoulded in her deepest thoughts, trained to view herself as something other than the body had dictated. The idea was one of dark genius. Vicious, cruel and utterly without feeling of course, but it had such elegance.
To take a young man and reshape him into a woman in heart and mind was complete proof that the human mind was weak, that it was meant by natural law to submit to the will of those more powerful. Carrick could not resist. He wanted to know more. He sat back, regarding Del through half-lowered eyelids.
"Alright. I've decided. I'm going to buy you." he said shortly. "You'll be my new bed slave. You'll pleasure me whenever I want you, you'll keep my rooms clean and my wardrobe presentable. You'll sleep in a bedroom adjacent my own. I'm generally nocturnal, for obvious reasons, but you'll be available for my use and my pleasure 24 hours a day. When I call for you, you come. Do you understand?"
