Re: Holding Pens
Having agreed a price with the auctioneer, Carrick drifted back through the crowd to the pen where Liam had been told to wait.
He wasn't particularly surprised to see another Supernatural talking to the slave; it would have been more unusual if there had been no other interest. The boy was not only handsome and strong in body, he was untouched. He was a rare and valuable commodity.
Carrick's mouth twisted slightly in a wry smile as Liam tried to respectfully dodge the other master's potential interest.
"Werewolves don't need human slaves any more than Vampires do," he remarked, approaching the pair. "They merely desire them. As do my own kind. The difference being that the Vampire is naturally suited to dominance, being his own Master, while werewolves are pack animals at heart. They have their own masters." He threw a faintly dismissive glance at Zoro. "No offence meant, should you be an omega wolf. Naturally."
