Derek regarded Stiles, slowly rubbed his back and then moved his hand down, over his hip, to knead his thigh. Someday soon, he hoped, Stiles would realize that when Derek said he was going to do something for the slave it wasn't a starting point for negotiation. He wasn't stating he was going to do something because he wanted to be reassured he didn't need to, that it was insulting for Stiles to insist he didn't want or need whatever it was that Derek wanted to give him. That it was his place, instead, to accept and be grateful.
