Re: Scott/Allison, Inside the Hale Estate
Allison smiled faintly, feeling the kiss to her hair and feeling it warm her stomach once again. That was, of course, until Alcuin was mentioned, and she tensed up a little.
"It's not like I'd have a choice." She shrugged, staring at a spot on the floor. As much as they could be together and pretend, Alcuin would always be a sign that that wasn't the case. Changing the subject, hearing the things the other slave was called, Allison glanced up at him. "Sounds like you... maybe saw a bit of yourself in him... Yknow... From when everyone at the camps found out." She squeezed his hand, remembering how much she begged her dad to reconsider, and how he pushed her aside, certain that he knew best.
"I think... that's why you need to stay with the pack, you know." She muttered, thinking it over. "From what I've seen... they wouldn't be like everyone back at the camps were. And I mean... where else do either of us fit any more? Stiles too. We can't go back there any more. We're not the same people we were. And I don't know about your mom, but... my dad wouldn't understand. He fought to get away from this life, and here I am... staying in it voluntarily." She took a deep breath, trying to accept that, before nodding to herself. "We're happier here. All of us."
"If I stayed with Derek..." She hesitated, but carried on. "... Would you still want to be around me? I don't think I could lose you."
