I'm interested in applying a character to the game, but first I have a few questions.

1. Where would I submit my choice for a hold?
2. If she's a werewolf and new to the town, how would I go about getting her in with the other werewolves?
3. Is there an apartment complex or someplace where unrelated characters live?
4. Can a werewolf have tattoos?
