The Walk

 You wake up and realize you're in prison. How did you get here? And perhaps just as important, who is that in the other bed? The door is locked, but the key to opening it is right there in front of you if you calm down enough to notice. On the desk which is of course bolted to the floor, you will find two fully charged smart phones, with a built in communications network capable of sending text, voice, and photo messages. The so called internet is extremely limited, and there is absolutely no way to contact anyone who is not recognized by the system. [Note: Only the people* officially housed in the prison are recognized by the system.]Once both occupants of the cell claim their device, the cell door will open, and you're free to explore. Both names will be inscribed outside the door, marking this as your assigned sleeping space. You don't have to sleep there, of course, but it is highly recommended that you do. Make no mistake, this is a prison, and you are housed in a cell block. It is up to you and your fellow prisoners to make a life here, within the prison gates. Do you have what it takes to survive The Walking Dead? Based on the AMC television program of the same name, this game is a survival game. Characters will face difficult situations, and must at times make difficult decisions. Sounds like something you'd be interested in exploring with your favorite fandom characters? For years privately funded scientists have been working on a virus that would target mutant DNA and eradicate it with two options for distribution. One plan was to market the virus as a cure, something mutants could willingly take to rid themselves of their mutations. This was the least favorable of the two options because it was something mutants could turn down. The second and more favorable of the options was taking the choice away. The virus was odorless, tasteless, and colorless, and would go completely undetected if the right people were assigned to clean up when all was said and done. Within weeks the decision was come to and the virus was released into water supplies the entire world over. No one was the wiser.
One short week ago there was a sudden fire in the sky over Westchester, New York. It was as though the sun had come close enough to touch the earth itself, such was the intensity and the heat. There was a loud piercing scream like that of an eagle, an indescribably brilliant flash of light, and then it was gone. Some said they could swear they saw the shape of a woman in the midst of it all, some saw the shape of what they could only describe as a phoenix. An hour later, unbeknownst to all but those working on the Exodus project, each scientist working to keep a steady stream of the virus in the water and those at the reprogramming facilities died, all of them bursting into sudden flame.
Now the mutants are waking up. Some of them remember nothing, not even their own name. Some remember bits and pieces. The ones you have to look out for are the ones that remember everything.
This game follows the events that took place in "X2" and does not follow movie canon after that.

Dear Lord, I know I sometimes post here a lot!
Desperately seeking a PSL for either Ron Weasley or Doctor Who.
Have an interesting idea for a Who line that involves 11 and some minor characters. Interested? You should be interested!
Whoever you are....
I'm also open to other ideas! Namely anything with a fairy tale or legendary twist- give me what you got!
