next-gen marvel rpg [20 Mar 2013|07:45pm] higherlearning is set in the fictional town Salem Center in Westchester County, New York at the Jean Grey School For Higher Learning in the year 2040. There has been no peace, things just haven't been right since The Phoenix Force was destroyed and the Mutant Boom of 2013 'infected' the human race again.
