I don't have much experience with Bleach - I have only seen around 20 episodes, with the most recent dub arc (Sword Beasts + Muramasa). Therefore I will have a hard time playing canon characters so I propose that I could either TRY to play a canon character (we'll find some way to work it out) or one of the following:
Madame Red / Sebastian / (*) / from Black Butler
Mai / June / (*) / from Avatar: The Last Airbender
Korra / Lin / Mako / Bolin / Asami / (*) / from Avatar: The Legend of Korra
Saya / Hagi / Blood+
(*) / Harry Potter
I would prefer to put Jushiro with an OC - female - and then double up with another character and either a canon or OC of yours.
Furthermore, this is for a PSL!
