| During the infamous witch craze of the 1600's, Sarah Evans and her daughters, with the help of a local, Native American shaman founded Ipwich Academy in Salem Village, (now known as) Danvers, Massachusetts. Sarah, under the guise of a midwife, opened her home to young witches, and as their powers flourished, so did the Academy. In 1875 the buildings that are known today as Ipwich Academy were erected and became an officially recognized magical institution. It wasn't until the 1900's and the war that raged on in Europe that the Academy finally opened it's doors to wizards as well as witches, along with allowing children from outside of North & South America. ~★~Ipwich is a Harry Potter-esque game set in Danvers, Massachusetts in the year 2009. It is an original game based on the world created by J.K. Rowling and has incorporated all the favorite aspects of Harry Potter with the leverage to find its own path in the choice of characters, blood, items, spells, and future destinations. |

You should never be in the company of anyone with whom you would not want to die.
Dune. Arrakis. The wasteland of the universe. An imperial treasure. For it is here and only here that giant worms roam creating spice. Still the greatest treasure in the universe. Still the cause of conspiracy, betrayal and murder.
The Landsraad is an Original Character-only RPG based on Frank Herbert's classic science fiction Dune series. No prior knowledge of the series is required.
In this game, players will take on the role of a House Noble, a leader of a Great House of the Landsraad, a Bene Gesserit or a Mentat. Your goals can be as simple as surviving and growing quietly to as extravagant as military conquest and destruction of other players' power bases. Here you will find a place for the statesman who wishes to engage in politics, debate and diplomacy, the strategist who enjoys seeing their fortunes, power and influence grow and the casual player who wishes to experience the grandeur, pomp and circumstance of playing a powerful noble of the Landsraad.
There is no escape — we pay for the violence of our ancestors. |

An invitation lands on your doorstep. It informs you that you have won the holiday of a lifetime and that all you need to do is make your way to your local port. Intrigued, you decide to go, if your vessel, ‘The Tide’ is full of holes or the captain is dangling from the mast waving an axe around you can always go home, right?
However, when you get there the ship is clean, luxurious and appears to be both hole and axe murderer free and the staff are good looking, attentive and seem to be good at their jobs. You decide that you need a holiday and try to ignore the old adage about things that seem too good to be true.
The ship seems oddly quiet as you’re shown to your cabin, but the space is very comfortable and you quickly, and unusually, doze off. By the time you wake and head to the sun deck, the ship is crowed with new faces and you feel like you might even end up enjoying this trip.
However all good things must come to an end and after a catastrophe on board, you and your fellow travellers end up stranded and fighting to survive.

While the Native Americans believed that people had spirit animals that guided them and reflected their true character. Mythology features many creatures that can take on or show human characteristics. And then there are the stories of dark and horrifying were-beings that cursed people turn into once every full moon. All these stories have on thing in common - their true basis is about Therians. In modern times, the Therians keep their ability secret and live amongst the rest of humanity. Although, there is a specific town where Therians thrive. Although, in recent times, many non-therians have moved to live there and thus the abilities are kept from those that do not know of their existence. The Therians are not cursed like the were-beings of the stories and can change at will there is a specific time when their change is forced and out of their own control. The full moon. ~*~*~*~*~*~ Do you want to howl at the moon, or would you rather roar?
