I've got Marlene McKinnon here who is so over Severus players being inactive on her and having to be dropped in-game, especially since it was the original Severus player who is the reason she has so much damn back-story for someone to pick-up for him. Before reading further, here are the most important things she'd like to see from a Severus: not evil, but not good either, morally ambiguous is the game, accepts that non grown male is going to love the same woman who hates him for the rest of his life because it's pathetic, and is willing to be flexible with back-story and be active. If that's you, then keep on reading.

I'm not going to get into the novel of their backstory, if you're genuinely interested in picking him up I can unlock Marlene's sheet and you can have at the full backstory, but the gist of it can all be found in detail in this post.

The game is crescendorpg via crescendomods, an AU MWPP era game set in 1981 (and soon, 1982), where Lily and James are still alive, Remus is the secret keeper instead of Peter, the Longbottoms are still same, and everyone and their mom is plotting on how to kill Voldemort. We anticipate being ready for the final showdown soon, so it's time to get in now before we stop taking applications. We could also use a Lily, James, Xenonpiulus, & Kingsley to make things even more epic. Hi! I'm Kaz and I'm one of the mods at pamods, aka The Phoenix Administration. PA has been going since May/June of last year, and is set directly after the final battle. We have some great long-term plot going on, but have some gaps in our characters.

vimods is a brand new AU Harry Potter game set in the year 8700. The catch? You can play anyone as time and realities met and your character is pulled to the new year. Yes this means you can play AU versions of your character though we are limiting it to two AU versions and one canon version per character.

Of course this means we come to you to fill some of our wanted roles!

I'm applying at the brand new houseofkingsmod (AU Harry Potter Royalty game), and I would very much like to fill in two storylines for this character, Andromeda Lestrange:  I am desperately seeking Ted Tonks and Rodolphus Lestrange!

In 100 words or less: the Black family is UK royalty, Orion Black is King (and c-c-c-crazy), and when Andie here got knocked up by Ted Tonks (a commoner, gasp!), her memory was modified and she was quickly married off to Rodolphus Lestrange.  Nymphadora was born, and everyone just thinks that she's Rodolphus' kid.  (Whether or not Rodolphus knows the truth is up to his player!)  The game is set in the year 2000, so Nymphadora is well into her adulthood, which leaves Andromeda restless.  Enter Ted Tonks to shake things up.  Yes?  Yes.

Hey everyone, I'm here on behalf of thenexusmods! We have been advertising for a few days now and plan to open January the 1st, but we would love to see a few more players before opening. At first glance, it might seem to be an ordinary time displacement game, though it is not. It features different AU worlds hurled together. For example, we have gender swapped Harry and Draco, a Voldemort raised by Merope, and an Andromeda who is forced to marry Antonin Dolohov. Basically, if you have a favourite AU game or a what if scenario for a character, please have a look.

We are in need of a few characters, but in particular we would love

-> Blacks everyone's favourite purely twisted family (yes, step aside Malfoys and Gaunts). We would love to see some of the older members such as Walburga, Orion, Cygnus, Druella, etc as well as some of the ones we all love even Sirius and Regulus. Can you just imagine some AU story lines for them? A Regulus who could live, a Sirius who never went to Azkaban or even a Sirius who stuck with his family, perhaps?

-> Ron and Hermione! Harry is around, but he is a girl! What will his friends think? Maybe they are different genders too?

-> Potters! As well as female Harry, we also have James Sirius. He would love to see the rest of his family- James Sr, Lily Sr, Lily Luna, Albus Severus and Ginny.

-> Death Eaters. Your Lord is only in his 20s and is not exactly the man you remember. Bellatrix is already around, but were is everyone else? Barty weren't you fond of her? Rodolphus she is pregnant you should be there! Rabastan I'm sure you would love to tag along. Lucius you can see your son...who is now your daughter. Perhaps some Carrow fun and then there is Antonin Dolohov who has to contend with Andromeda who swears you are her husband.

-> Those crazy Gaunts to join Merope.

-> Albus perhaps you succumbed to Gellert's charms? Either way can't you just imagine him as a teen? Fun right?

Hello all, I'm Jenn and I come hailing from amortentiamods, a new Trio Era game set in 1999, where Hermione makes a big mistake while working in the Department of Mysteries and everyone in the massively populated Wizarding areas (The Ministry, Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade) get put under the effects of the love potion. The mods have a lot of plots planned for the game, so things won't get boring!

I'm on a selfish mission, because I have a few characters that I would absolutely love to see in-game, not to mention, we still need a few characters to ensure that everyone is able to fully participate on the fun *i.e. get paired off for the love potion and for the spell that will lead everyone to finding their soulmates, whether they like who it is or not* and they are *drumroll*:

-Ron Weasley: Neither you nor Hermione know it, but you're going to be a dad. She's the one who's going to make the mistake that gets everyone into this mess (I know, Hermione makes mistakes?), which will be fun times on his part. Lav-Lav is also horrified at the thought of being near him when the potion breaks out, because she can't meet his eyes sometimes when she remembers what a horrid girlfriend she was.
-Harry Potter: Because, he's Harry Potter. Need I say more? Plus, Ginny would love to see you around so you guys can figure your shit out.
-Neville Longbottom: Hannah is totally in love with you and hopes that you end up being her soul-mate.
-Seamus Finnigan, Dean Thomas, Parvati Patil: Lavender wants her closest friends around. She's had feelings for Seamus forever, but it would be amusing to see her and Dean stuck together under the love potion.
-Luna Lovegood: Everyone loves Luna!

Confundo (via confundomod) is a Marauders Era game set in MWPP's 7th year.  The game's quirk is that Dumbledore has instituted an group journal (confundoanon), where students can post whatever they'd like, anonymously.  It's created quite the fun and (IC) drama so far!

• Troy!  Irish quidditch player of "Troy, Mullet, and Moran!" fame.  We have Saoirse Mullet and Melissa Moran in game already, but they need the third member of their trio!

This adorable guy is one Frank Longbottom.  Frank is the perfect gentleman.  Of course, he was raised by Augusta Longbottom, so she kept him in line from a young age- but, really, Frank likes being chivalrous.  True gentlemen are a dying breed, and he's proud to uphold the tradition.

Hello everyone, I'm here on behalf of a new trio game inimicum. It is based in December 1998 where, as far as the world knows, Voldemort killed Harry in March after he was captured at Malfoy Manor. Since then, Voldemort has been finalising his rise to power and will soon be Minister. Your characters can experience not only what it is like when Voldemort has won, but what happens and the measures he takes as he secures the Ministry. Also, just a little secret, despite what the world knows, Harry is actually alive and Voldemort is making plans for the boy who used to be called Harry Potter.

We are set to open November 30th so there are still many roles that need to be fulfilled including

-> Hermione. She and Ron managed to flee Malfoy Manor. Only Harry remained because Dobby was killed before he could take him and disapparate. Since then, she probably would be morning the friend who she thinks has died and continued to hunt down the horcruxes with Ron. Ron is already in play and Harry should be soon.
-> Weasleys. What is a game without our favourite red-haired family? After Ron was nearly captured at Malfoy Manor, the entire family would have to be on the run. Most would still probably be working for the Order so plenty of interaction with fellow members and those who could be trusted.
-> DA members. Most might have graduated and their activities might have slowed to nothing but we would still like to see them around for future plots. In particular, we would love to see Neville, Ravenclaws and Ginny
-> Daphne, Gwendolyn Runcorn and Pansy are the three Slytherin girls but they would love to see Tracey and Millicent to round out who used to share their dormitory.
-> Crabbe, Goyle and Blaise as Draco demands he has some friends.
-> Order members
-> Death Eaters! Voldemort is coming to power and he would like his followers around! In particular Lucius is wanted by Narcissa and Draco, Bellatrix, Rodolphus and Rabastan are always fun to have around and the Carrows who would still be teaching at Hogwarts to Minerva's frustration.
