Notes: So I was watching "Bed of Roses" one day long ago and it featured the song in question, and a plotbunny pounced it. I really do love the Xellos/Filia pairing, but I'll be damned if he's not fun to write as a thoroughly evil bastard once in a while too. Also, the scenes aren't completely set up in a chronological timeline, but it should be relatively easy to pick up where you're at.
Summary: They sat in front of the fireplace together, quietly drinking tea while she talked animatedly about the events which transpired since his last sojourn. Xellos listened with polite interest, and while she was in the middle of talking, he simply relieved her of her teacup and silenced her with a demanding, but tender, kiss, his hand cupping the back of her neck, holding her to him.

I love Lorrie Morgan's stuff, and this song bunnied me too hard to ignore. No, I don't know where Gourry is in this. It was just a limited little oneshot plotbunny that demanded to be written, so be it. Basically, I was getting sick and tired of all the L/Z 'shippers bashing Amelia.

Notes: So I'm a Dynast/Dolphin 'shipper. I don't know why, but I just like this pairing. But remember, these are still Mazoku, don't go in here expecting fluff. Life can be and generally is chaotic, and Dolphin's domain is one full of life. That, coupled with the fanon idea of her insanity (which I'm quite fond of actually), has her more capable of feeling a broader range of emotion than the standard Mazoku. I originally planned to make this into a lemon, but when I actually set about writing it, it wouldn't happen. Part of it is, I started wondering how it might happen between two Mazoku Lords, and couldn't get the notion of Q sex out of my head, which is rather boring, all things considered (Trekkie fans might know what I'm talking about).
Summary: He wondered then if perhaps her insanity was a hell of her own making, her own downfall for emotion. She was a Charybdis, drawing him down into a powerful maelstrom, corrupting him.
