Who: Rachel Bristow, Rose Tyler Where: Emptiness When: April 27, afternoon Rating: PG (will up as necessary) Warnings: Language, probably Summary: Rose celebrates her birthday with ice cream; Rachel offers to meet her.
It was her birthday today and Rose was understandably feeling a bit homesick. It would’ve been her first since reuniting with the Doctor—new new new Doctor?—and as trivial as a birthday may seem to a time traveler pushing his first millennium, it was still an excuse to do something special with him.
Well, so much for that. Plan B apparently involved wandering off to participate in the final contest between good and evil and eating ice cream whenever she realized what an idiot she was for leaving him there.
Speaking of which, she needed to get out to the ice cream shop.

The ice cream shop was arranged around one long aisle, tables and chairs on one side and a line of freezer cases ending with a countertop on the other. Rose hopped over the counter to poke around the pristine workspace. The array of flavors was vast and she took her time choosing a couple, scooping some into a sundae glass and tossing the scoop into the sink to wash later.
The blonde settled herself at a table with her prize, promising herself a long session in Asgard’s training area to work off the calories later, and waited for the arrival of her teammate.
