Rachel shrugged, "Some people don't like cats." True to Rachel's word the cat soon grew bored, and exited the kitchen to go who knows where. Rachel showed no signs of being terribly concerned.
"Everyone has their limits," Rachel answered boredly.
She continued to watch as L rummaged around for the tea, and whatever else he was searching for. She took another drink from the bottle of water that she found in the fridge. She wondered about sharing information with this guy. On one hand she didn't really want to share, but on the other hand if she didn't he could get suspicious.
"I can't get rid of cancer. I can't eliminate that which has long since been implemented," she said with a sigh.
