Moving aside so that Rufus could emerge, Blythe had no problem if he preferred to leave in search of his teammate. She wouldn't take any personal offense if he chose to leave - they owed each other nothing.
"She departed some time ago," she answered, "and returned to Niflheim. As I said, remaining outside at night while unarmed would be a dangerous and ill-advised choice."
At one time, Yako's actions and cries for help implied that she had no one she could fully trust or rely upon in Niflheim. If this Rufus was as protective of her as he seemed to be, the times had certainly changed. And because of this, she was greatly relieved.
"Is she safe in Niflheim? Are there people who tend to her if she needs help?" Smiling wryly, she added: "Yako is almost always in trouble. If she doesn't find it, then it certainly finds her."
That sounded like something Kain would say of the oracle, and it almost amused her now.
