All Things Must End Who: Alex/Alessa, Blythe, Kain When: 10 AM of July 21st Where: Chapel of Melody Ratings: PG-13 Warnings: Blood, Self-Inflicted Wounds, Possible Language Summary: Alessa is ready to reunite with Alex, but he doesn’t trust her. Blythe steps in and arranges a meeting while Alessa and Kain follow behind for a surprise gathering.
As soon as everything was prepared – the meeting place and time were established, she had as much of Alex’s trust as someone in her position could gain – and Kain and Alessa were ready to depart, Blythe made her way into the forests, heading toward a location she had never been before. But the Chapel of Melody seemed exactly the sort of place the meeting should be held – it wasn’t often visited and it was remote. She was pleased he had agreed to it, was excited at helping Alessa, but was admittedly nervous about her growing baby, even with Metatron’s ward placed upon her womb.
But Kain was here, moving stealthily apart from her with Alessa in tow. The healer didn’t think she’d be able to do this without him, and for once was short enough pride to have invited him to come. She knew Alex would be breaking his contract with Asgard if he attacked her, but he was as unpredictable and dangerous as Alessa could be, and she knew he would be a risk for any of them including him, given his newly developed suicidal nature.
Taking her time through the forests, weaving on and off paths as she had tried to memorize directions to the chapel before she left, Blythe was surprised when she and the others managed to arrive at a reasonable time. She only was truly able to recognize the fact they’d reached the chapel by the open clearing of green in her sight and an astonishingly familiar red aura. It was true: Alex was Alessa’s missing half.
Coming to a full stop, her hands folded in front of her, Blythe made no physical indication that she was aware of Kain and Alessa surrounding her.
“Good morning, Alex, I am pleased you accepted my invitation.” She said evenly.
