Closing her eyes for just a moment, Maria tried not to snap or protest that she wanted to be left alone. She knew she didn't, really - she never truly enjoyed being by herself - but when one was busy trying to work through personal problems, some silence and peace were always welcome.
But this was a public place, more or less, and she wasn't really terribly involved in her dancing, anyway.
She opened her eyes and turned towards the greeting, eyebrows raising at the other woman. What in god's good name had she been doing? Maria generously decided that she'd been doing some sort of model thing, and wouldn't ask.
Besides that, she really didn't care.
"I'm working out," Maria said, wiping a bit of sweat off of her forehead. Wasn't that much obvious?
