Banru hadn't tried to intervene, and for this Sal was grateful. Even if Banru didn't know what was going on, it was clear that there was a personal vendetta between Mitch and Sal and anyone getting in the middle of it would be shot. Luckily, Banru stayed on point and edged over to Morana, who had gotten up. If Sal could angle this next part of the conversation right, Banru could still get what he wanted and the asexual would be able to have a little more fun before taking off in the woods.
"Get off me." Sal snarled, despite what Mitch said. "Get off me, tiger, or Morana'll get to see what obliterated brains look like. Can't get more traumatizing than that, can we."
That said, Sal sat upwards, using the pressure of the gun against Mitch's forehead to indicate that if the boy didn't let him space to get up, he'd fire.
"The girl can go home. I'm done with Morana - for now. But since you're here, you should hang around a little." A slow, menacing grin parted Sal's lips. "Spend a little time with your old pal."
