The firestarter didn't dare move lest Sal pull the trigger on him or his fellow Asgardian. His head, however, quickly did turn to glance at Morana and Mitch tried not to wince too much upon glimpsing the damage done to the girl's face. It was an expression of sympathy, not disgust, however; such a wound just seemed so cruel to do to such an already vulnerable person. Then again... Sal had been known to do much worse.
To answer Banru's question, Mitch said, "Yeah, Sal and I know each other. Sadly."
He didn't exactly trust this stranger so close to Morana, but the immediate concern had to be running off Sal... or convincing Sal that the prey wasn't worth the fight.
"You know, sorry to bust this party here, but I think Morana and I'll be going back home now."
