This had most certainly not been part of his plan. Banru didn't have to fake a look of surprise as the boy knocked Sal to the ground, and if Sal hadn't seemed as shocked as he was, Banru might have thought that it was something the asexual had cooked up.
Immediately, Banru could tell there was something...different about this newcomer. He wasn't sure what, exactly, but it was enough to put him on edge as he scrambled for a way to keep his plan from falling apart. He smoothed his expression to slightly wary relief, and fully straightened up. It was obvious that this boy was from Asgard, whoever he was.
Slowly, Banru began moving to put himself between Morana and Sal. "You two know each other?" He asked, his eyes darting between the two as he moved. He wasn't in the mood for any more surprises.
