Everything was going according to plan. Silent, fearful Morana had a front row seat to Sal acting as the great, stereotypical villain while Banru through a weak wind spell at him. As predicted, Sal dodged it with ease, actually moving more in front of Morana so that none of the spell struck her either. He didn't need her passing out from one more attack, as light as it was.
But something happened next that Sal had not planned, and with the way Banru operated, was sure that the immortal hadn't planned this either. Before Sal could even open his mouth to retort, a body slammed into the asexual, not only knocking the wind out of him, but sending him flying to the floor of the earth.
"The fuck!" Sal roared, having to bite off the rest of his comment, because he was a hiss away from asking Banru what the fuck he was thinking. Since his gun was already out, because it had been pointing at Morana seconds earlier, Sal immediately pointed it up at the person who knocked him over, only to glare in shock.
