The way she reacted fully alerted Sal to the fact that she did indeed know who he was. While Sal wasn't much in the way of self-advertisement, it surely tickled him to know that introductions were not necessary at this point. Instead he continued to grin winningly at her, cocking his head.
"What, nothing to say?" The smile sank into a mocking pout. "Not even a whimper, a little gasp in the back of the throat?"
From here, Sal could see Morana breathing heavily. Well, that was something. She was a pretty little thing. Taller than he'd expected. Probably even his height. It didn't matter, either way. Scars would fix the 'pretty' thing. Then everyone would sleep better at night. Sal took a couple steps forward, walking casually. Everything about him screamed predator, but the way his body was relaxed was almost as though he was unaware of this.
"I'm going to beat the shit out of you now. If you run, I'm going to shoot you. I'm really stressed right now. On edge, really. My cameras are down, my friends are lazy, and Mitch won't talk to me. So stay right there and this'll only take a few minutes."
