The other hand around hers, the books were no longer important. She folded her hands around hers, fingers linking tightly to his. Things were indeed starting to click together, and while she wasn't one hundred percent sure of what she was doing, she knew she would learn. And everyone needed a first step.
She'd never had anyone be so hopeful, so encouraging, for her before. It was overwhelming, uplifting, exhilerating. Ryuzaki truly cared for her, about her. And she couldn't be happier, as she cared exactly the same way for him.
"'Suffer my presence'", She laughed, squeezing his hands reassuringly. "How could that ever be even remotely possible, Ryuzaki?" The smile was plastered to her face now, unable to be tattered. "It couldn't possibly be. Not for one moment. To hear you say these words...ah! It is...it is as though I was never along to begin with. And I hope that I may return every ounce of strength you have provided me. As you deserve all that I may give and more."
