L's answer satisfied him very much. He supposed talking did solve a lot of things, and this was a fair change of pace compared to Dorian's earlier attempts to run away into the woods. He hoped L didn't take it too personally. At this point, L's opinions did matter very much to him.
Dorian noted the discomfort in L's answer, and was particularly confused by the line I don't like L. He wanted to ask, but L himself seemed insistent that the topic, vague or otherwise, was not about him. The mummy man decided to respect that.
"Yes, I...this is me." Dorian took a moment to gaze at both their bodies, tickled by the fact their hair was the same colour and their figures similar, but certainly not exactly the same. "If my life hadn't been....tampered with. This would have been me. Or as close as it would have been. This body is especially fitted for fighting. It is flexible. But I like to use it for dancing more than anything."
